By scheduling services with Yampa Valley Window Cleaners ("YVWC"), the client agrees to the following terms:
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Late Fee Policy: If payment is not received within 5 days of job completion, a $20 per day late fee will apply starting on the 6th day.
Estimates are based on initial scope of work. Additional charges may apply for:
Clients will be notified if additional charges are expected.
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time. A $50 rescheduling fee may apply if access is denied.
If dissatisfied, notify YVWC within 24 hours for a corrective visit. Touch-up requests will be addressed promptly at no additional cost.
YVWC is fully insured but not responsible for pre-existing damage. Secure fragile items prior to service.
Services may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, extreme winds, or other hazards.
