By scheduling services with Yampa Valley Window Cleaners ("YVWC"), the client agrees to the following terms:
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Late Fee Policy: If payment is not received within 5 days of job completion, a $20 per day late fee will apply starting on the 6th day, accruing daily until the balance is paid.
Estimates are based on initial scope of work. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen labor such as:
Clients will be notified if additional charges are expected.
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time. A $50 rescheduling fee may apply if access is denied.
If the client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, YVWC must be notified within 24 hours so that a corrective visit can be scheduled. Clients are also encouraged to notify YVWC of any touch-up needs; if reasonable, YVWC will make every effort to address them promptly at no additional cost.
YVWC is fully insured and exercises reasonable care. However, YVWC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, or surrounding property. Clients should secure fragile items prior to service.
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, including any rain, lightning, extreme winds, or other hazards, to protect the health and safety of YVWC employees and preserve service quality.
